I cannot guarantee that those checks go out on August 3rd if we haven’t resolved this issue. Because there may simply not be the money in the coffers to do it,
Wait a minute Mr. President, I have paid into Social Security since I was 16 years old. Where is My Money?
Do you mean to tell me that you already spent it? How are you different than Bernie Madoff?
