LOS ANGELES – Air America Radio, a radio network that was launched in 2004 as a liberal alternative to Rush Limbaugh and other conservative commentators, on Thursday shut down abruptly due to financial woes.
When you have to pay radio stations to put your shows on the air that’s a business model that is guaranteed to fail. Liberal radio, just like socialism, fails because you eventually run out of other peoples money.
