To Your Health - Vitamin D

Most people don’t get the correct amount of Vitamin D3. Supplement with an adequate amount of Vitamin D3, at least 1400 UI a day and maybe more depending on your age. Most multi-vitamins only provide 400 UI or less.

This may be the single most important thing you can do for your continued good health. With the H1N1 flu running around this could protect you from being infected.
