The Obama administration warned the Supreme Court this week via papers filed with the Court that if Obamacare is struck down, there will be an “extraordinary disruption” in Medicare. Medicare was not discussed during the Supreme Court arguments, since it was not a Constitutional issue. This is a practical argument, not a legal one; it’s the Obama administration applying pressure to the Supremes.
It appears that the Obama Administration will stop at nothing to force their agenda on the American People. Where is the balance of powers guaranteed by the Constitution?

Breitbart.com has uncovered video from 1995 of then-U.S. Attorney Eric Holder announcing a public campaign to “really brainwash people into thinking about guns in a vastly different way.”

The Energy Department isn’t working to lower gasoline prices directly, Secretary Steven Chu said Tuesday after a Republican lawmaker scolded him for his now-infamous 2008 comment that gas prices in the U.S. should be as high as in Europe.
Of course Obama is blaming Republicans for higher gas prices? High gas prices are part of Obama’s plan. Wake up America.
I thought Jimmy Carter created the Department of Energy to make America energy independant. Apparently that was not the purpouse or we would have been energy independant long ago. What do we have to show for this 100 Billion dollar a year beureacracy?
The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, of preventing all possibility of its continuing to be a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities.

A Proposal by Obama’s Department of Transportation to require a Commercial Drivers License on farmers that operate tractors is just another example of the Obama Administration interfering in the traditional fabric of America. More “legislation through regulation” imposed by unelected bureaucrats.
In Late May, the DOT proposed a rule change for farm equipment, and if it this allowed to take effect, it will place significant regulatory pressure on small farms and family farms all across America – costing them thousands of dollars and possibly forcing many of them out of business. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), part of the Department of Transportation (DOT), wants new standards that would require all farmers and everyone on the farm to obtain a CDL (Commercial Drivers License) in order to operate any farming equipment. The agency is going to accomplish this by reclassifying all farm vehicles and implements as Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMVs).

According to the video, the total debt of unfunded obligations – the total amount of money the federal government has borrowed or has promised to pay other people – is $65 trillion, an amount far greater than the economic output of the entire planet.
And with that bit of information it is obvious that The Congress of the United States is living in fantasy land!
The Democrat and Republicans In Name Only, (RINO)s, have lost touch with the American People. They have become the political elite and We the People have become "fly-over country."
